New Logo For Vauxhall

Motorist Club reports…

Vauxhall’s famous Griffin logo has been redesigned, and will appear for the first time on the new Insignia, which will make its debut at the London Motor Show in July, and then be displayed at Vauxhall dealerships from August.

Like several other manufacturers, Vauxhall updates its logo every so often – the last occasion was as recently as five years ago. But the griffin (a mythical creature with the body of lion and the head and wings of an eagle) has been part of the design since what was then known as the Vauxhall Ironworks built its first car back in 1903.
