<description>That is a very relevant comment Neil. I don&#039;t derive any revenue from deales, so remain impartial. I could probably make more money from each deal if I didn&#039;t consider the long term relationship with my client, but I sleep well at night and the phone is always ringing with referrals and repeat business, so it works for me and must be working for my clients too.

For example - a client called me yesterday - the BMW I sourced 3 years ago has just been written off by his insurer. I advised him on what the payout should be and we discussed alternatives as a replacement car. This client is not untypical - he has introduced his sister, his boss, a colleague and a couple of friends to me in the last 3 years and he always buys me a drink when I bump into him in the pub (great!).

<description>This can be a great service and many people are getting more and more used to it. But although Jeremy seems to have a complete service package in place that does cater to the customer, many other &quot;brokers&quot; don&#039;t.

Double and triple check for reputable brokers, don&#039;t get caught in a broker/dealer arrangement where the broker works with the dealer to make them money and leave the consumer in the ditch.

Jeremy, If you really do provide service for the sale, ownership and resale then I sure you&#039;ll be around for a long time.

Keep up the great work.
