Here are some ugly cars: Peugeot 107 and Citroen C1. They are like the latest incarnations of the Tico. They are only for women, I laugh every time I see a man driving it. The Toyota Aygo looks good though.

it doesnt really matter what cars are like now there is no disputing the espace was an innovation at the time,the forefather for the modern mpv along with the previa,but as ugly as fxxx nonetheless!!!
Thats just the way it is,the multipla though that is just downright offensive

I agree the fiat 500 is def a design classic if a little on the small side…but by no means ugly in my opinion. Did Fred West have an Espace?

The old original Espace shown in your article looks ugly now, but back in 1985 it was pretty radical and it paved the way for all subsequent seven seaters, remember the outcry over the “jellymoild” Sierra versus Cortina back in 1983? ugly can sometimes lead onto innovation, look at the New generation Espace now, stylish, sleek, bags of room and utterly practicle. As for the original Fiat 500 being ugly I doubt many would agree there!

Renault Espace and Fiat Multipla are the most hideous cars ever made in my opinion. I think the one that designed these rides was drunk and the one that approved the projects was even worse!
