Hi…I read your article and also had the idea of getting some friends to chip in and buy a supercar. You can’t find many sites on the net which discuss this subject nor any websites where like minded people can come together and potentially share the cost of driving a dream for a fraction of the money. Anyway, I could never understand how my friends, all male, could not get excited about owning an Aston DB9 for £5k but would rather have the cash sitting in the bank doing nothing!!! You can get a decent DB9 online for about £35k so all you would need would be 7 of you. So my quest continues and if there are any middle aged men or younger responsible youths out there interested in combining modest outlays for maximum thrills I would love to hear your thoughts.

I don’t know, great cars one and all. I always loved the 308 GTS but have fallen hook, line and sinker for that new AUDI R8 Spyder what a car! Superb love it!

Have you tried Clive Sutton,i hear he sources unusual lumpy cars for clients,this would probably be an interesting project for him,good luck though i look forward to seeing how this pans out,personally i would go for the prncing horse all day long but i havent got a sack of cash for maintaining it!!
